The LC-F1 NT by Amada America, Inc. is a 6000 watt laser on a 3-axis linear motor drive system that provides optimal laser cutting. With this next generation laser cutting system, we can produce even higher-quality parts more efficiently and more cost effectively. • The 3-axis linear motor drive system combined with the speed of the AMNC control is faster and more precise – The processing time is cut by nearly half without losing any cut command speed.
• The Amada-tuned oscillator minimizes light fluctuation – The laser beam quality is improved by minimizing beam fluctuation for superior cutting quality with a smoother finish on cut surfaces.
• The twin-adaptive optics eliminates lens changes – With the two-adaptive optics we can now control the diameter of the beam to obtain optimal cutting performance, without having to change the lens.
• The cut-process monitoring monitors cut status with feedback to the machine – This provides edge quality repeatability with auto-plasma detection.
• Capabilities – The F1 is capable to cut up to 1.25 inch steel and 0.5 inch aluminum.
