What are the best aspects of your job?
The challenge of designing new products to help our customers.
How did your background/previous work experience prepare you for your current role?
I have a strong mechanical ability and a practical and open mind that gives me an advantage when designing products. This allows me to see a finished product before it is designed and manufactured. I credit this to my father, a mechanical engineer and machine designer that started teaching me mechanics at a very early age. I started Bulloch Fabricating at the age of 24, and since then have been very successful and I owe a great deal of this to the support and guidance from my father.
What does our 37 years of experience bring to our customers?
Experience is a learning tool, by achieving great things and the set backs we have along the way increases our knowledge of the industry and product. The lessons we learned are shared with our customers so that our products and services are ‘time-tested.’
What do you do when you aren’t at work?
I love outdoor activities, basketball, boating and working on my ranch but more than anything I love to spend time with my 3 girls and 2 grandchildren.

What does over 30 years of experience bring to our customers?
Being a job shop we have seen a great variety of products and processes in the last 25 years. This gives us the advantage of a broad experience base to draw from when designing and producing products. We know what works and what to stay away from for the best cost and end product.
What are the best aspects of your job?
Since I am involved in all aspects of the company, it enables me to contribute to the products we make from start to finish. It is very satisfying to me to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
How did your background/previous work experience prepare you for your current role?
I came from several different manufacturing industries. These experiences along with my mechanical engineering background are a good basis for understanding many different products and how to build them.
What do you do when you aren’t at work?
When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, and working in the yard. Â I also have a work shop at home where I enjoy doing projects.

Getting to interact with different people. Whether that be in house or seeking out new vendors for our needs.Â

Insight, experience and knowledge in the most efficient way to manufacture parts.
What do you do when you aren’t at work?
Spend time with family and friends at home or family outings. Visiting the ballpark/stadiums and cheering on our local sports teams.

I enjoy solving problems and working on ways to help Bulloch Fab run smoother and more efficient.
What does over 30 years of experience bring to our customers?
Because we are so hands on and have pride in what we make we are able to solve creative and manufacturing problems when many companies would give up.   Â
What do you do when you aren’t at work?
When not at work I spend time with my husband, 2 dogs and a cat, usually building something or doing anything outside. I also have a billion hobbies and a long list of ongoing projects. That I tell my husband I will complete….one day. Â

What does our 25 years of experience bring to our customers?
Exceptional knowledge and experience. We have seen so many different jobs through the years and try to learn from each one and apply to any future jobs that we get.
What are the best aspects of your job?
The people and problem solving. With most of the employees working together for as long as we have it is more of a family atmosphere. I personally enjoy trying to solve problems and help to get the work out the door.
What is the biggest or most challenging project you’ve worked on at Bulloch Fabricating Inc?
There have been to many. Some of the complete machine assemblies have been challenging but I enjoy trying to help figure them out.
How did your background/previous work experience prepare you for your current role?
I have always been hands on and try to learn as much as I can. Having personally done almost every position in the shop I feel gives me a good understanding of what a job will take and help to estimate them correctly.
What do you do when you aren’t at work?
Mostly spend time with my family. Sports are big thing with us. I also enjoy riding my motorcycle when I can find the time.

Planning and problem solving so make sure that project are completed correct and on time.

We have seen it all, so we are familiar with simple to complex jobs and how to manufacture them correctly and efficiently. Â
What do you do when you aren’t at work?
Relax with bourbon and a cigar, as well as fishing out at the farm with my wife.Â
